At OH MY STAND, we strive to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Below you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order is shipped. Custom or personalized items may take slightly longer, depending on complexity.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use Ukrposhta for all international shipments. This method provides reliable service and includes tracking. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK: 5–7 business days.
- Europe: 7–14 business days.
- USA & Canada: 10–21 business days.
- Rest of the World: 14–30 business days.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs delays or postal service disruptions.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We aim to offer affordable and reliable shipping options.
Example of shipping costs depends on the total weight of your order:
- 0–0.25 kg – $8
- 0.25–0.8 kg – $15

0.8–2 kg – $22
4. Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment on the Ukrposhta website.
5. Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
